Hi, I'm Kara, a mum of three, NICU nurse, and the creator of Ezy Breezy Wellness Boxes.

After years of caring for others, I know how easy it is to put yourself last. Ezy Breezy was created as a reminder that self-care doesn't need to be complicated, sometimes it's simply making a little space to pause, breathe and refill you cup.
